How to get there

Bus

There are two bus stations at opposite ends of the St Lucia campus at Chancellor’s Place (Building 77A on UQ St Lucia map) and UQ Lakes (Building 58A on UQ St Lucia map), both of which are only a few minutes walk from the venue. Rail

The closest railway stations are situated at Woolloongabba, Toowong and Indooroopilly. Direct bus routes to St Lucia are available. For more information on bus services and a service timetable, please visit the Translink Rail website.

Ferry

The CityCat ferry terminal is also close to the conference venue (Building 58C on UQ St Lucia map). The St Lucia terminal is the last stop on the CityCat service. For more information on CityCat services and a service timetable, please visit the Translink CityCat website.

Taxis

Please ask the driver to take you to the Abel Smith Lecture Theatre at the end of Campbell Road on the St Lucia campus. When departing, taxi ranks are located on campus at Chancellor’s Place and University Drive. Please refer to the St Lucia campus map.

Driving

Parking at the St Lucia campus during the day is extremely limited. If you wish to drive, please be advised that parking is on a first come, first served basis.
